It's magical to work at Awiant, where I've been trusted to build an entirely agentic native team that rolls out autonomous agentic initiatives in production for Swedish business. Our approach is to work very closely with end users to truly solve real problems, while simultaneously combining that with the very latest technology released by AWS and AI providers. We achieve this by creating a culture of continuous learning where we hold regular hackathons within the team to test new technology, while ourselves continuously using agentic ways of working in development. We work with rapid prototyping in close collaboration with end users to ensure that our agentic solutions actually create value, which makes it incredibly rewarding to see concrete results put into use within just 2–3 weeks of starting the work. For me, as someone who loves problem-solving, it's a dream scenario to constantly receive direct feedback and see clear effects of how we're genuinely changing the way our customers work. We eliminate monotonous tasks and enable domain experts to themselves become agent orchestrators, as our agent solutions are designed to democratize the technology.
