Claude for everyone in the organisation
Start with Claude Foundation Setup: in two weeks, at a fixed price, a written decision on where Claude, powered by Anthropic, should run for you (Claude Enterprise, Claude through your own cloud platform, or a combination), the environment configured with SSO, roles, spend limits, retention and logging, a governance runbook your CISO can sign, role-based enablement so people use Claude on real work from the first week, and a prioritised list of first use cases. Continue with Claude Foundation Care: Awiant as your Claude administrator on a fixed monthly fee, covering users and roles, spend and model governance, policy and retention, your organisation's library of Skills and connectors, and a monthly adoption and cost report. Claude licences and consumption can be bought through Awiant under the same agreement.

Start with First Agent in Production: in six weeks, at a fixed price, one recurring, document-heavy or rule-based process redesigned around an agent built on Claude, powered by Anthropic, running in your own cloud environment. A selection workshop picks the process, MCP connects the agent to your systems, human approval is built in where your process requires it, and guardrails, evaluation and cost monitoring are in place from day one. Go-live is on real volumes, with handover to your team or to Awiant. Continue with Agentic Ops: your agents monitored, governed and kept current, with SLA-backed incident management, cost governance and changes to agent logic at a flat hourly rate.

Start with Claude Code for Engineering Teams: in four weeks, at a fixed price, a team of 10 to 30 developers working with Claude Code as a matter of routine. Claude Code runs on your Claude Enterprise plan or on keys from your own AI platform; we set your organisation's CLAUDE.md, standards and Skills, connect MCP to your repositories, issue tracker and documentation, pair with your developers on your real codebase for two weeks, and leave two trained champions and a before-and-after measurement. Continue with the agentic platform underneath (MCP connector layer, orchestration, shared context and access control, scoped per customer) and Agentic Ops to keep it running at scale.
